How can I pay for a product on the Online Store?
Once you have added the product(s) you wish to purchase from the store, go to the Checkout. From here, you must choose your selected payment method after entering your billing information.
We currently offer two payment methods. You can either pay online with your credit/debit card via PayPal, the most secure and efficient payments processor on the web, or you can pay offline by cheque. If you pay online with PayPal, as soon as we receive the payment (which is mostly instantly) your products will be packaged and shipped the next day.
If you pay offline by cheque, we will not be able to post your items until we have received the cheque and the funds have cleared. Should you wish to pay by cheque, please make the full amount payable to “South East Bus Supplies Limited” and post it to: South East Bus Supplies Limited, 4 St. Hilarys Court, 1 Stoneleigh Road, Bromley, BR1 2FU.
How can I buy a bus online?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders to purchase buses online. Should you wish to purchase a bus, you will need to press the red Make Enquiry button under the bus description and contact a member of our team to arrange a viewing of the bus. Once you have seen the bus you can write us a cheque to purchase the bus. If you would not like to see the bus, you will need to pay offline as above, and send a cheque for the full amount to “South East Bus Supplies Limited” and send to the same address as above.
A product has disappeared from the site since I last visited, where has it gone?
Any products that are out of stock after any orders will automatically be removed from the site by our system. This stops any confusion with you potentially purchasing an item that is out of stock. If there is a specific product that you have seen on the site before, or have an item in mind that you require, please contact us today on sales@sebsuk.com or call us on 07958 080 761 or 07525 243 101 and we would be more than happy to discuss with you. We have a very large stock of products and will 9 times out of 10 be able to provide you with the items you require.
