Delivery Information

All items are delivered in a secure packaging, with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight of your item. For some items, the option to collect the item is available for items too large to post. For medium sized items that cannot be posted, we can provide a courier service to bring your item to you. If you are choosing to pick-up the item, there will be no delivery charge, however there will be a £4.99 handling charge so that we can package your item in suitable wrapping so that it can be transported safely.

South East Bus Supplies Limited cannot be held liable for any damages to your item whilst it is being delivered. All items are packaged securely to ensure that there is no damage done to your item and are wrapped in safe and appropriate packaging specifically for your item. Please refer to the Returns Policy page to read about our terms on returning any items.

Delivery costs are not included in the cost on the Product Description page. Once you have gone to the checkout, the delivery cost will be added to the Sub-Total. VAT is charged on the cost of the item, and not on the delivery of your item. At the checkout, the VAT will be added to the cost of the item and you will then be charged for the shipping costs of your product.
